  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 large Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the chicken breasts with paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Add chicken breasts to the skillet and sear for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
