  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise

  • 2 stalks Celery
  • 0.25 cup Red onion
  • 3 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 medium Cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts in a medium-sized pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
