  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 30 grams fresh parsley
  • 8 wooden or metal skewers

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are well combined.

Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes, mixing until all pieces are thoroughly coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to allow flavors to meld.
