Ingredients

  • 2 cups Blanched almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Ground flaxseed meal
  • 0.25 cup Chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 cup Sesame seeds
  • 5 large Eggs
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 cup Warm water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, ground flaxseed meal, chia seeds, baking powder, salt, and sesame seeds. Mix until well incorporated.

In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, apple cider vinegar, and warm water until smooth.
