Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Nori sheets
  • 1.5 cups Seaweed salad
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 4 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tablespoons Pickled ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Begin by halving the avocado, removing the pit, and scooping the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado until smooth and set aside.

Step 2

Peel the cucumber and cut it into thin matchstick strips. Set aside.

Step 3

Lay one nori sheet on a flat surface with the shiny side facing down.

Step 4

Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese evenly across the bottom third of the nori sheet.

Step 5

Place about 1/3 cup of seaweed salad over the cream cheese, spreading it evenly.

Step 6

Add a few cucumber strips and a spoonful of mashed avocado on top of the seaweed salad.

Step 7

Sprinkle a small amount of sesame seeds over the filling ingredients.

Step 8

Carefully roll the nori sheet tightly from the bottom to encase the filling, using a rolling mat if necessary. Gently press to secure the roll.

Step 9

Repeat the process with the remaining nori sheets and ingredients.

Step 10

Once all the rolls are prepared, slice each roll into even bite-sized pieces using a sharp, wet knife.

Step 11

Serve the sushi with soy sauce or tamari, pickled ginger, and any remaining sesame seeds as a garnish.
