  • 2 cups, sliced Okra
  • 2 whole Bay leaves
  • 1 pound, peeled and deveined Shrimp
  • 1 cup Crab meat
  • 1 cup Crawfish tails
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 cups, cooked Cauliflower rice

Directions

Step 1

Start by heating the olive oil and butter in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the diced onion, celery, and green bell pepper to the pot and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are soft.
