  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • 0.25 cup Feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Wash and dry the spinach. If the leaves are large, roughly chop them.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Allow it to melt completely.
