Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground beef or turkey
  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 large egg
  • 3 stalks green onions
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoons chili flakes

Directions

Step 1

Chop the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice grains, then set aside.

Step 2

Finely dice the onion and red bell pepper, mince the garlic cloves, and thinly slice the green onions.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the ground meat to the skillet and cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it into small crumbles. This should take about 7 minutes.
