Ingredients

  • 8 oz Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz Scallops
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup Sugarsnap peas
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Green onions, chopped
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add the shrimp and scallops to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper.

Cook the seafood for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are just opaque and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
