  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 pound Ground sausage
  • 0.25 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium frying pan, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until fully cooked. Break it into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the sausage. Cook until the onion is translucent. Set aside to cool slightly.
