Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground pork
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 large Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 medium Avocado

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, a lightly beaten egg, chopped fresh parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and coconut flour. Mix until just combined without overmixing.

Step 2

Divide the pork mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty about 1-inch thick.

Step 3

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pork patties to the skillet.

Step 4

Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through and have a nice golden-brown crust, ensuring the internal temperature reaches at least 160°F (70°C).

Step 5

While the patties are cooking, prepare the toppings. Slice the tomato and avocado.

Step 6

Once the patties are done, remove them from the skillet and allow them to rest for a couple of minutes.

Step 7

Assemble each burger by placing a pork patty on a large lettuce leaf, and top it with slices of tomato and avocado.

Step 8

Wrap each burger tightly in the lettuce leaf, securing it with a toothpick if necessary, and serve immediately.
