  • 60 g Almond flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 40 g Grated Parmesan cheese

  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoons Onion powder

Directions

Step 1

Clean the cremini mushrooms with a damp cloth and finely chop them using a knife or food processor.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
