  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 stalks scallions

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the vegetables. Dice the green bell pepper and zucchini into small, bite-sized pieces. Cut the broccoli into small florets. Mince the garlic and shred the ginger.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
