  • 500 grams Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 200 grams Almond flour
  • 30 grams Coconut flour
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 200 grams Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the onions and garlic until the onions are translucent.

Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until fully browned. Drain excess fat.

Season the beef with salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir in the chopped parsley. Set aside to cool.

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and melted butter.
