Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium, chopped onion
  • 2 cloves, minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese. Microwave for about 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese melts. Stir to combine.

Add almond flour and the large egg to the melted cheese mixture. Mix well to form a dough.

Knead the dough with your hands until it's smooth. If sticky, you can add a little more almond flour.
