Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz), well-rinsed and drained Canned chickpeas
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Mash the chickpeas in a large mixing bowl using a fork or potato masher until mostly smooth but with some chunks for texture.

Step 2

Add the almond flour, egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the mashed chickpeas. Mix until well combined.

Using your hands, form the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch thick. You should have around 8-10 patties.

Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
