Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.

Chop the broccoli into bite-sized florets and slice the red bell pepper and zucchini into thin strips.

Mince the garlic and chop the green onions.

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
