  • 2 teaspoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup Boiling water
  • 1 pound Boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 6 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium, sliced Tomato

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and sea salt.

Add the eggs and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients, and then pour in the boiling water. Mix until a dough forms.
