  • 2 cups fresh spinach

  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir. If not fully melted, microwave for an additional 20-30 seconds and stir until smooth.

Add almond flour, baking powder, and egg to the cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms.

Place the dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll it out into a rectangle approximately 10x8 inches in size.
