Ingredients

  • 12 ounces kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 pound green cabbage, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add sliced kielbasa sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
