Ingredients

  • 3 units Large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 units Cooked bacon slices, crumbled
  • 0.5 unit Avocado, sliced
  • 2 units Scallions, chopped
  • 1 unit Almond flour tortilla

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally until scrambled and just set. Remove from the heat and set aside.
