Ingredients

  • 16 oz Beef sirloin
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 8 Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 3 Scallions

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the beef sirloin against the grain into small strips.

Step 2

Mince the garlic cloves.

Step 3

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.

Step 4

Add the sliced beef to the marinade bowl, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

While the beef is marinating, prepare the vegetables: slice the red bell pepper and cucumber into thin strips, dice the avocado, and chop the scallions finely.
