  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour

Directions

Step 1

Begin by trimming any excess fat from the beef sirloin tips. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Once the butter is melted and the oil is hot, add the beef tips.

Cook the beef tips until they are browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
