  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 6 large Eggs

  • 4 ounces Cream cheese
  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 0.5 cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup Chopped fresh chives
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.

In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain and cool, then chop into small pieces.
