Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 units large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 units breakfast sausage links

  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until the cheese is melted and combined.
