  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 150 grams mushrooms, sliced

  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.
