  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • 8 pieces Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • 0.25 cup Peanut butter, natural and unsweetened
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 2 cups Cauliflower rice (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground turmeric, red chili flakes, and salt. Mix well until a uniform marinade is formed.
