Ingredients

  • 4 pieces salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

Step 1

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
