Ingredients

  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups Arugula
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 0.5 small Red onion
  • 0.5 cup Black olives
  • 100 grams Prosciutto
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

1. Wash and dry the romaine lettuce and arugula. Tear the romaine into bite-sized pieces and combine in a large salad bowl with the arugula.
