Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cauliflower rice
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Roasted peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 Green chili, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup Ghee or coconut oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of cauliflower rice, 0.5 cup of almond flour, and 0.5 cup of roasted peanuts (coarsely ground).

Step 2

Add 1 teaspoon of ginger paste, 1 finely chopped green chili, 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper to the mixture.

Mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients evenly.

Stir in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and mix again. If the mixture feels too dry, add a bit more lemon juice or water, one teaspoon at a time, until it holds together.
