  • 1 tbsp Coconut flour
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tbsp Erythritol
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 medium Zucchini (apple substitute)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp Allulose
  • 0.5 tsp Xanthan gum

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, and salt. Cut in the butter using a pastry cutter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
