Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).

Step 2

Trim any silver skin or excess fat off the pork tenderloin.

Step 3

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, and sea salt. Stir to create a marinade.

Step 4

Rub the marinade all over the pork tenderloin, ensuring it is well coated.

Step 5

Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 6

Add butter to the skillet. Once melted, add the pork tenderloin and sear each side until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Step 7

Remove the skillet from heat and pour the lemon juice and chicken broth over the pork tenderloin.

Step 8

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast the pork for about 15-18 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Step 9

Carefully remove the skillet from the oven and transfer the pork to a cutting board. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Step 10

Slice the pork tenderloin and serve it with the pan juices drizzled on top.
