  • 1 whole lemon
  • 6 whole, minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1.5 pounds cauliflower florets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, rosemary, thyme, oregano, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
