Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Step 2

Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them on a large baking sheet.

Step 3

Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the cauliflower. Add salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, then toss to coat evenly.

Spread the cauliflower florets out in a single layer on the baking sheet.

Roast the cauliflower in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until it is tender and starting to brown at the edges.
