  • 250 ml Almond milk

  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Egg yolks

Directions

Step 1

In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the cauliflower rice to the saucepan and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until it's slightly tender.

Step 3

Add the heavy cream, almond milk, granulated erythritol, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt to the saucepan.

Stir everything together and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat.
