  • 500 grams beef sirloin steak

  • 150 grams broccoli florets

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Slice the beef sirloin steak into thin strips, about 1 cm wide. Pat dry with paper towels to ensure even browning.

In a large pan or skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
