  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the cauliflower rice. Remove the leaves and core from the cauliflower and cut it into florets. Place the florets in a food processor and pulse until they resemble the texture of rice. Be careful not to over-process.
