Ingredients

  • 400 grams extra firm tofu
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 100 grams mixed salad greens
  • 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 0 to taste salt
  • 0 to taste black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Drain the tofu and wrap it in a clean kitchen towel. Place a heavy object on top to press out excess moisture, allowing it to sit for at least 10 minutes.

Step 2

Cut the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes.

Step 3

In a non-stick skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.

Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat.
