Ingredients

  • 300 grams Radishes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill

  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 small Garlic clove

Directions

Step 1

Wash and trim the radishes, then slice them thinly using a sharp knife or a mandoline for uniform slices. Transfer the sliced radishes to a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Peel the cucumber and slice it in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds using a spoon. Slice the cucumber into thin half-moons and add them to the bowl with the radishes.

Chop the fresh dill and parsley finely, and add them to the salad bowl.
