  • 500 grams Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 200 grams Broccoli florets
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, sliced

  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing all ingredients. Thinly slice the beef sirloin and season with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced beef into the pan in batches if needed, ensuring not to overcrowd. Stir fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
