  • 150 grams almond flour
  • 60 grams unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg

  • 2 large leeks, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 200 milliliters heavy cream
  • 100 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 100 grams grated Gruyère cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, melted butter, one large egg, and 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Mix until a dough forms.

Press the dough evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch tart pan.
