  • 0.5 cup Pitted Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Capers, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh oregano, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the minced garlic and anchovy fillets. Cook, stirring frequently, until the garlic is fragrant and the anchovies have dissolved, about 2 minutes.
