Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 0.5 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 0.5 cup Granular erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons Additional granular erythritol (for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan with non-stick spray.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
