Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons Erythritol or powdered keto sweetener
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2 cups Avocado oil or coconut oil for frying

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, erythritol, salt, and nutmeg. Whisk together until well blended.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth.
