  • 500 grams cauliflower florets
  • 60 grams almond flour
  • 50 grams grated parmesan cheese

  • 50 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 2 units large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 120 ml coconut oil, for frying

Directions

Step 1

Start by steaming the cauliflower florets until tender, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and allow to cool slightly.

Place the steamed cauliflower in a food processor and pulse until it reaches a rice-like consistency. Ensure that there is as little moisture as possible by straining the cauliflower through a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth.
