Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground pork
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Coconut flour
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, finely chopped cabbage, minced green onions, soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and set aside.

Step 2

In another bowl, combine the coconut flour and almond flour. Mix well.

Step 3

Beat the eggs in a separate small bowl and add to the flour mixture. Add the water and stir to form a dough. The dough should be firm yet pliable.

Step 4

Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

Step 5

Cut the dough into 3-inch squares using a sharp knife or a pastry cutter.

Step 6

Spoon about a tablespoon of the pork filling onto the center of each dough square.

Step 7

Fold each square into a triangle and press the edges to seal, ensuring there are no gaps.

Step 8

Heat the avocado oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Step 9

Fry the wontons on each side for about 2-3 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and the pork is cooked through.

Step 10

Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.

Step 11

Serve hot with your favorite keto-friendly dipping sauce.
