Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground pork
  • 2 cups Cabbage
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots

  • 2 cloves Garlic

  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Coconut flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1 cup Avocado oil

Directions

Step 1

Chop the cabbage finely and slice the green onions. Mince the garlic cloves and grate the ginger.

Step 2

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground pork until browned, approximately 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add the cabbage, shredded carrots, and green onions to the skillet. Stir for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the mixture. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
