Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground pork
  • 100 g Cabbage
  • 3 whole Green onions
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 large Egg
  • 120 g Almond flour
  • 40 g Coconut flour
  • 2 large Egg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 100 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the cabbage and green onions, mince the garlic, and grate the fresh ginger.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine the ground pork with cabbage, green onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, one beaten egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

Step 3

In another bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, two eggs, and water to form a dough. Knead it gently until smooth. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more almond flour.

Divide the dough into small equal-sized pieces and roll them into balls. Flatten each ball between two pieces of parchment paper using a rolling pin to create thin wrappers.
