  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 0.5 cups Coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon Xanthan gum
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 0.75 cups Warm water
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pound Ground pork
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Crushed chili flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, psyllium husk powder, and xanthan gum.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs lightly and then add warm water and apple cider vinegar, mixing well.

Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes to thicken.
