  • 12 slices Pepperoni slices
  • 0.5 cup Bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 0.25 cup Black olives, sliced
  • 6 leaves Basil leaves, fresh

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.

Add the egg, garlic powder, and dried oregano to the cheese mixture. Mix until fully combined.
